Nothing to see here but just another part of 'black culture'...like fatherless kids,welfare 'life-style',loud talking and cell phoning in movie theatres,uninsured/non registered motor vehicles,profane rap 'music',horrendous aim/marksmanship with fire-arms,lack of self control/self reliance,dim block voting...any others to add ? lol

Poor/nonexistent tipping after being overly demanding to waitstaff, taking vacations to Miami/Vegas when behind on rent payments
