Publix will have deals on beer all the time, usually local/craft beer. As far as I remember, liquor is sold separately in a different building of most, if not all Publix locations. They're attached to the stores which is convenient, but a lot of shopping centers that I've seen have liquor stores within a stone's throw of a grocery store.

I'll also add that if anyone is near a First Watch, it's probably the best spot for breakfast.

Publix actually has a good beer/wine section in its big stores, along with really good wings and fried chicken and made to order "subs". All very good.
Most of them also have a smaller, separate building that sells all alcohols to allow grab and go for time savings.
