Man that video gave me goosebumps and such a rush of nostalgia. I was 12 years old at that time. LSU football and LSU baseball was literally my entire identity that young in life. Watched that game at home on a box TV while my dad was there. Brought back a ton of memories. The world was simpler to a young kid. Technology hadn't taken over. My parents were young then. What a great time to be an LSU fan and what a run the 2000s kicked off.

I'm about 3 people to the right of the guy in the white shirt over his left shoulder...me and my future wife.
That ball seemed to hang in the air forever.
Saban called the home crowd out in the days leading up to the game...wanted a night game atmosphere during the day.
DJ Shockley almost crapped himself in the shadows of the south end zone when he had to enter the game for a series. Got thrown straight into the goal post by a menacing, relentless D Line.
