re: Do you see any Cities in Louisiana with a promising future?

I would like to say Ponchatoula but it isn’t the same place I grew up in. Crime higher than it has ever been and I can remember when we never even locked our doors.. traffic is insane with so many moving here from
New Orleans and bringing their trashy ways with them. The bad part is they keep building but the area can’t handle it because we are landlocked between I-12 and the swamp. It is home but I will like move when I retire in a few years.
