Title says it all. Looking for an 18ft ladder stand specifically for rifle hunting so it needs a rail.

Something comfortable and $150 give or take if possible.

I’ve never been able to tell much of a difference between them, at least the $150 ones that I’ve always bought, but summit does make an aftermarket foam seat with a back pad that makes any stand more comfortable. Millennium has a few in the low 200s, never had a complaint with anything they make.

I have a few Big Game ladder stands that work great for the money.

Yea I was looking at those. Do the back rest hit the tree? That is my biggest issues with most ladder stands, the back rest are against the tree. I don't need something as comfortable as my Millenniums but something that gives you back support would be nice.

I've bought 2 of these from Academy. Very comfortable and well made.

Myself and a few others I know have these. They’re are really comfortable and spacious. May be a tad over budget.

Anybody remember the old Skeeter Wilson ladder stands? I still feel like these are the best I’ve ever used. My 2 are probably 25 years old. Wish I had about 10 more. Someone should’ve bought the design from him by now.

Never liked Game Winner products but I got the two person ladder stand posted above and it’s nice.

I have the HD 1.5 and a double seater. The double seater v-notch attachment point splits the seats so depending on the size of the tree, the backrest may never touch the tree.

The 1.5 had a wide seat and I liked it because the seat will flip up giving me a decent platform to stand up on for bowhunting or when I get restless. The 1.5 has some backrest offset but it’s minimal.
