It's zone 16, one of the window sensors so I know it's not open. The magnet is still in place as well. In fact, it's a window we have not opened in years until this incident.

I live in Shreveport now and we lost power with the big storm a few weeks ago, so the alarm was on battery power about 5 days. When it came back on the alarm had a trouble condition #8 on, complete power lost so the time and date had to be re-programmed. I did that but it took a couple of tries, so I'm not sure if the system still has a problem.

That’s the location I was looking for. My good friend handles all my alarm systems. Living in BTR, I have a number of subs I recommend.
I might try an send him a text of your problem, he might know what to look into.
