I bet the Gold Coast has good Chinese food, because there’s a ton of them that play there.

Chin Chin inside of NYNY. Great food, large portions and the price was reasonable. One of my favorite places to go to when in LV.

Chubby Cattle is a great hot pot restaurant. It’s a little off strip, so you need a cab/Uber.

I would recommend Wing Lei and Red 8 at the Wynn. Wing Lei is more of a fine dining type of place. Really good food at both places.

I second this.

Din Tai Fung is solid for a chain restaurant, but the top Asian restaurant in Vegas is Lotus of Siam. And it’s not even close. A close second would be Best Friend in Park MGM

There is a noodle bar in Fulton’s Food Court in Harrah’s. It has some of the best Pad Thai I’ve eaten anywhere. Just happened upon it one night. Guess it isn’t really Chinese.

Wing Lei by a mile
First Chinese restaurant with a Michelin star in the US
Peking Duck is off the charts.

Ping Pang Pong, excellent fire wok food, and the Vegas and LA asians love their dim sum cart fare. So do I ! I miss their old open kitchen and counter dining, where you could watch the chefs work the woks.
I also can vouch for Wing Lei and Red 8. And Lotus of Siam(not Chinese).. order off the Northern menu.
