The cost of the rifle itself has to be 800 or less. This does not include scope, or drop in triggers, or gunsmithing or scopes or stocks. But it has to be bought it can not be just buy a receiver and then have a barrel and the build it yourself or have a gunsmith build it for you. so that is why i was thinking the tikka or the bergara

In that case, how much do you want to spend? Id buy a CZ457, replace/upgrade the barrel, stock, trigger and slap a Bushnell Match Pro on it.

A factory cz457 should be under your price.

The tikka and bergara rifles as nice as well, just trying to give options.

CZ has a few models that are under $800 MSRP.

From my experience shooting rimfire PRS this is how I rank the three rimfire rifles

CZ
Bergara
Tikka
