The absolute worst website and app I’ve ever seen. They are the slowest moving things on any piece of technology you can find. I’ve been sitting with a loading circle for 3 minutes while I’m working on my other tabs just fine. Same with the app.

Website and Apps just makes us lazy.. best way to get things done is call and work it out. They’re not going to like it but everything you need to do can be handled over the phone with a representative. Make them do their job.

if you're up for wasting an hour.. you get the robot, then the first operator, then getting in a queue for someone to call you back who has an unintelligible accent.. then you can have them type it in what is probably the same web interface

Someone has never called an insurance plan

You'll spend an hour of going through prompts and screaming representative, only to eventually reach someone who can barely read

Funny this thread is here. I just got off phone Florida blue. I had zero problems and 1 minute wait time to speak with somebody

Remember the first time I decided to rely on their app. Assumed I could stop carrying my insurance card with me because the app has a My ID Card option. Never thought to make sure it works when I am not on WiFi before relying on it.

Now I just screen shot the card and hope the app works when I need to verify my insurance card hasn't changed.

frick them. They switched my prescription to generic knowing damn well it was on back order for several months. Caused me to run out for a long time.
