Marsh is historically some of best in state, but not what is used to be. Still can be very good, though fewer on mallards than in the past.
Have done the rice a few times with decent success but I hear it's been even more sporadic, VERY weather dependent.
The marsh hunts in teal season can be very good as well, done it a couple of times.

Like others have said, I did the youth hunt 15 years or so ago. Green jeans guide let me shoot a green head when he was out looking for a teal that I sailed 250 yards into the marsh, he yelled take em 
and he let me come back with 6 after the sail
