This is what I would do.
We used Amalfi coast transfers company that drove us from Naples to Positano and then Ravelllo back to Naples airport. No way I would drive in Naples or the coast. Once on the coast the ferry is the best way to get around.

Side note: Positano is terrible if you have a child in a stroller.

Don’t bring a stroller to Positano. It’s a horrible idea. Let’s start with why the hell you bringing kids to Positano. Take the brats to Disney World.
