Scam

My favorite is when the install them over top of roof that obviously needs replacing.

Lots of people like getting scammed though. Just look at gutter guards.

Wait, gutter guards are a scam? My nephew has the kind with an overlapping cover. The water goes over the cover, then around the curve, and finally sheds into the gutter. He swears by them. He says even in a deluge they work.

I've seen a house near me that has panels on the north-facing roof.

A fool and his money...

how is it a scam if a homeowner puts solar panels on their shitty roof? Sounds like that's just a 'bad idea' and not a 'scam'

I got a decent price on my gutter guards. Got tired of cleaning rose damn things out. Plus one part of my house is three stories off the ground. I’m not getting on a ladder to clean those damn things out.
