If that is her car, maybe she passed the child, called 911, exited & was coming back around for the second time to the spot where she saw the kid?
Whatever happened that is a seriously creepy video.
Channel 6 traffic cam footage
You can see the driver exit shortly after the car stops, then see someone, possibly driver standing for a time by the passenger side, then the figure just edges out of the picture. Never saw a second figure child or adult.
If you stick with the vid at 3:45 what looks like a large flashlight waves in the woods back towards the camera.
Really hope there is some more news or at least clarification on the video.

Doubtful. Next exit is like 4 miles up.
