I am just glad to see someone recognize it and want to do something about it. I see this all the time and wonder why the owner doesn't care.

You and me both. Drives me up the wall to see a brand-new house with that red crap all over the brick in the south. We are the first house in a brand-new neighborhood, and I am thinking of getting this pressure washer and offering to do the same on all the houses as they get finished to make some extra cash.
