Red Clay Stain Removal on New Build

I have a new build home and have red clay stains all over my driveway and lower part of brick on house.
I am about to bite the bullet and purchase a Simpson pressure washer from Home Depot but I wanted to see if anybody had any experience with the Front9 Efflo product for rust/red stain removal:

It looks like a decent product but I wanted to see if anybody had success with this or has an alternative before purchasing. It is a little pricey.

I bought a brush that attaches to a waterhose and has a place to add cleaner. One like you would wash an RV with.
I think I used jomax or some store bought outdoor cleaner from Lowe’s. It did the trick, looks good as new.
A pressure washer would do it too, I just didn’t feel like getting it out and fooling with it.

Nice to own a pressure washer anyway. Just pre-treat it and pressure wash it and it'll be brand new.
I do that to my driveway once a year in the Fall when the weather is nice. Actually very relaxing.

I am just glad to see someone recognize it and want to do something about it. I see this all the time and wonder why the owner doesn't care.

The product you posted seems to be for removing calcium carbonate and maybe old mortar. The red stains from Alabama clay are iron oxide. Phosphoric acid is usually used to clean that. 1st try pressure washing with just a detergent.
As to lower brick wall, it sounds like roof runoff splatter. Mulch with straw or pine straw under dripline.
Use only a low-pressure wash on facade brick. Otherwise you can etch soft bricks and blow the mortar out.

Rust remover toss some borax at it and pool store bleach brush pressure wash
