re: What's the most ridiculous thing a woman has gotten mad at you for?

This was about 30 years ago. My ex-gf and I stopped at the grocery store to pick up a few things for dinner at her sister's. I was wearing my Larry Bird jersey, and this sweet little blonde cashier walked by, just barely stroked my arm, and asked "Did you win your game?"

I made some reply, knowing my gf would be pissed, and she proceeded to irritate me the entire time we were shopping.
At checkout, we wound up in blondie's line, and she chats me up while I make the most one-word answers possible.
GF hold her temper until we're in the car and unloads on me like I was the one hitting on the cashier. I don't remember how long I had to listen to that shite.
