Tiger Stadium is okay right now. Concourses and bathrooms improvements are perpetually needed, but I don't know what LSU would spend $400 million on if they had it.

The problem with our renovations is that we look at the last 5 years and see what we were missing and build based on that. Instead we should be looking 5-10 years in the future and building something based on future needs.
It’s a never ending cycle and basically makes the renovations outdated as soon as they are complete.

Wifi, cell boosters, LED lights, better seats. There’s always upgrades needed.
They could fund all of this if they made an effort to generate revenue outside of the limited number of home football games and the occasional one-off concert.
