Texas needs to move their barrier to land that is private given permission. Then if the DC Swamp clowns enter private land or state land to cut the wire they can be legitimately arrested for trespass and destruction of state/private property.

We had a Supreme Court ruling a week ago that rejected Texas and Louisiana challenges to federal immigration enforcement. The Supreme Court ruled the executive branch had discretion and that they didn’t have to follow the law. The only way to remedy that problem is to elect a republican. Shame on anyone who doesn’t vote.

Nah, they are safe. Now if you can catch them with some six year old documents marked classified you got a clear path to a prosecution for being a traitor.
