I moved here in 94, so 96 was my first experience. Had just made it home from my own baseball game and got to see Warren hit the bomb. 97 was awesome. 2000-2001 was my freshman year at lsu, so that one was fresh. 09 was unexpected.
But this one will always be special. I missed game two in the hospital with my grandmother. She passed yesterday morning. Getting to watch that game last night was great, and a much needed pick me up.
