is essentially what I ordered (different brand)....hopefully I'll have the same luck as you.

It was pretty easy. Hardest part was just pulling the dryer out and unattaching and reattaching the dryer vent hose.

A few tips you might want to also do:

1) Wrap a short piece of duct tape around each of the flexible rod extension connections before you push the rotating brush into your vent. This just gives you an extra level of protection to prevent any of the connections from coming apart in the event you accidentally run your drill in the wrong rotation. The last thing you want is for the brush and rods to come apart and stuck in your vent. As long as you run your drill in the correct rotation (at all times), you are good as the rods are always trying to tighten to each other. If you accidentally reverse the drill the rod extensions will want to screw apart. Your primary thought through the whole process is "Do Not Run The Drill In The Wrong Direction!"

You will use a round 4" adapter on the exposed vent to connect your shop vac hose. There is a separate hole in the adapter for the 1st rod brush to go through. You'll clean as far as the 1st rod reaches and then stop your drill and screw on another rod extension. Duct tape that connection before reconnecting your drill and pushing the spinning brush in further. Keep repeating this process.

2). When you push each rod extension in, I would push and pull the spinning rod in a back and forth motion the whole way, so that the brush gets more time cleaning the duct to maximize scrubbing off any stuck on lint.

3) Have someone be outside to let you know when the brush pops out. I didn't have anyone, but I set up a security camera temporarily to monitor the outside dryer vent, and I used my phone to watch the brush come out of the vent
