I've been watching LSU Baseball for almost 60 years. This one was special.

Still enjoying the afterglow. How bout you?

Getting close to my moving day. Just bought an RV so I can go to LSU baseball games in total comfort. Is it too much to ask for back-to-back championships?

Truth. And for those that pay close attention all year every year it was that much better just because of how UT has acted the last few years. Wake was the only other #1 team last year so we got to settle that one on the field too.

It’s not just that they won the whole thing, it’s how satisfying beating the teams we beat was.

We faced arguably the three best pitching staffs in college baseball for multiple games (UTenn 2X, Wake, 3X, and UF 3X) and escorted them all to the exit door.

Wonder if any other champ had to do similar.

do think next year's pitching staff will be better than this one, overall (assuming no injuries). Obviously we lose Skenes, we won't have as good of an ace. As well as Floyd, another tough one to lose. But we bring in quite a few quality transfers, so that hopefully we'll have enough quality depth. I know that's something Jay was focused on

Yep

We had questions at the start of '23. We got answers by its end.

'24 will be similar. Need the young guns (Kling, Neal, Guidry, Frey, Jones) to take the next step.

Moving to GMorgan's neck of the woods: Kiln/Diamondhead/Pass Christian. We'll see what we can get.

Anyone have the pictures from the backside of Alex Box that shows how much room is behind the stadium?

If Cade Beloso ever needed some blood, I’d happily give him some of mine.

Revisiting a heroic but perhaps underappreciated homer since it was early season.

Thought I saw where he graduated and looked at the roster and saw diminishing innings. I really don't know the story though.
