Go check what pitchers were throwing in the 90s compared to now.
There's a reason arm injuries are much more common now days. This isn't the 90s, hence why it's so fricking stupid to compare a pitcher in 2023 to one in the 90s.

Why are arm injuries more common today? In college they are not throwing more.Travel ball maybe?
