Psychedelics are the future of mental health and even just human wellness.

Psilocybin is a powerful medicine that can be used for wellness, therapy and recreation. It is non-addictive and non-body toxic. It is utterly absurd that it is a Schedule 1 narcotic

LSD - pretty much the same commentary, although it can be more of an isolating medicine.

DMT/5meo-DMT - not for the faint of heart, but the latter is perhaps the most powerful medicine of all

Mescaline - very grounding, powerful medicine.

Ayahuasca - not for the faint of heart, but has its place

Iboga - potentially, the most complete of all these medicines. Crazy that it's illegal.

With all psychedelics, it comes down to set, setting and intentions. If those are curated properly, you are very unlikely to have a "bad" trip. Challenging trips, yes. But those are likely the most valuable.
