That might end up costing him even more money. He bought it knowing it didn't start. The guy told him why it didn't start, but he sent someone over there who he says knows more about lawnmowers than he does. So he was trusting the person he sent to look at it and not the person he bought it from.
And it seems like the guy he sent to check it out was just going by what the guy who sold it told him word, which he could have done on his own, so what was he expecting the person he sent to do?
It would be too big of a risk to bring it to small claims court and even if he wins he will still have to pay a lawyer right?
