The 3B fielded the ball behind Tre. He had zero option but to go home. If he goes back, he’s tagged out and there’s a chance Beloso’s waddling arse still gets doubled up. If he freezes he ends up in a run down.
Going home was the rig he call but his awful slide was why he was out. Do anything but hesitate and then slide straight into the bag and he’s safe.
