I've been to some incredible meals at all times of the day. Whether you like the concept of brunch, prefer to eat a lunch or want the experience of a great dinner, dining out is an event. It's not just about the food. It's about the atmosphere, the experience and who you share it with. More to it than just the price of the meal and how long you have to wait. But each is only prepared to pay a certain price in terms of what they spend in dollars or hours. Sure you can cook at home and there is a certain reward (and savings) associated with that choice. You can watch a football game or movie at home too. Some prefer the couch over being there in the moment. The reason why people go to brunch, a fancy dinner or a sporting event, pay higher prices and wait a long time to do so is simply that it's something they personally enjoy and they feel the cost is worth the experience. I would also suggest that if you don't understand the brunch experience then you may not have been to the right brunch. I've been to some amazing places and had some great meals in some fantastic settings. Life is a bigger experience than what you find inside your four walls.

Keep searching my friend.

Or you can always fry up some eggs and bacon at home and catch a little sports center.
