9-80 is the way to go...Liked it much better than 4-10s. I've worked both.

This is the way to go imo. It’s generally 9-81 though. You have have staff on Fridays and everyone gets every other Friday off. 2 long weekends a month. The only issue is you have everyone taking the Monday of long weekends off also, but Management can handle that.
