America could have built subway / train systems in every American city and all across the country with what our government pissed away in Iraq and Afghanistan. Hell they could have built a ton of high speed for what they lit on fire in Afghanistan and Ukraine in the last two years alone.

We'd use trains if they were convenient and functioned well. But no one's going out of their way to use a shitty system when cars work better.
