Were they trying to irk Bama, or were they saying they want LSU?

It's laughable when fans from opposing conferences throw that back in our face when they are in that rare position to do so.

Chanting you want a team when you're the one seed overall is embarrassing

I watched a lot of that game and never heard that. I did hear them chant ACC for a minute or so Is this something you heard or were told?

I was trying to figure out what they were chanting and thought it was LSU but was thinking there was no way they were chanting that....but it definitely was not anything related to Wake Forest that I could tell.

This is false. CNN reporting that they were chanting, "Let's go, Brandon!"

Wake’s fans chanted neither SEC nor LSU.

I watched the entire game. Wake fans chanted "ACC." They never chanted "LSU" or "SEC." In my experience, the Wake fan base is very friendly and generally positive in its cheering. Mark Packer has nicknamed Wake "the Swiss" because other ACC schools' feelings about Wake are basically neutral. No one hates Wake.
