We’d need to see what options you have available in your plan before advising. Knowing your age might help as well.

Also, there’s nothing wrong with a target date fund. It’s probably the best choice next to a VTSAX equivalent. It’s the best and most balanced choice for someone who doesn’t plan on keeping up with their investments or doesn’t understand about investing.

So based off no other information but the original post, I’d suggest doing the target date fund
