I agree it is probably wise to be exposed to international/emerging markets, but those funds have followed domestic stocks almost identically since the turn of the century, while slightly underperforming domestic in that timeframe. I just don’t see enough diversification to warrant spending the extra in fees for international/emerging.

Certainly not trying to convince you on how to invest, but past performance should not be used as a reliable predictor of future success.
