Move feeding back at night
Ignore the whining in the crate until you’re ready to get up. It’s going to suck but will take a few days
Very important do not feed the dog right when they get up, you’re motivating it to get up early so it can get food. Once you get up don’t feed for 30-45 minutes.

We feed our dog twice a day and the second feeding is late, like 9 pm for this reason.
