I believe if the delay is lightning related there’s a certain amount of time that has to pass with no strikes detected within a certain radius.

It is a certain period of time from the last lightning strike. I think 30 minutes.

Nah, they won't have any live programming on at 11pm so they'll keep it on ESPN2 instead of playing 30 for 30 again
