Meanwhile no rain. Everyone in the entire city is going about their day as usual but the baseball players can’t play because some machine say a lightning struck 8 miles away.

We are on the youth baseball fields right now and every game is still going.

honestly of all the things to melt about, i'm ok with this rule.

when i was at LSU a freds bartender got struck and died at the LSU rec fields.. its nothing to frick around with

Rain is moving out. It’s good this is happening now because it will suck some instability out of the atmosphere while having limited time to recover before sunset and pop off storms during the LSU game.
