florida beat us by 30

ole miss beat florida at florida

and we almost got our azzes kicked by troy..

why is that so hard to believe????????????

Because wins/losses aren't transitive. Why do people continue to use this logic?

I completely agree. A new game cannot be compared to a win or loss earlier in the season.

I think we have the better team this year, which is not often and I realize that. I just think this year is different.

*Edit: And its mainly because LSU is down this year not because we are so "up". If that makes sense.

Sound like ULL fans.

Look at 1997: LSU beat No. 1 Florida, and then gets beaten by Ole Miss. By this warped logic, Ole Miss was better than Florida.

You're right, but our team playing like shite week after week is a pretty good indicator of how good we are relative to Ole Miss. FWIW, I think LSU and Ole Miss are sorely mismatched when it comes to talent on the field, but Ole Miss has been getting a lot more out of their players than LSU this year. It should be a pretty close game. I give the edge to LSU because of homefield.
