But also note that the school itself only pays Miles a base of $300K a year. The rest comes from the athletic department, promotional deals, etc.

I thought that was a good question, so I found out...
75k for playing in the SECCG or 125k for winning.
65k for any old bowl game
or
90k for Chick-Fil-A, Cotton, Outback, or Capital One bowls
or
125k for a BCS game not designated the NC game
or
200k for the NC game
or
400k for winning the NC game
Turns out my #s were a little off to begin with, but the point is still valid.
