Hurd used this glove the last time he pitched. Players are superstitious.
This might be one of Skenes gloves, but not the one he uses when he pitches. Skenes uses a black glove usually, but then I am sure the players have more than 1 glove or color.

Big pat on the back to Skenes for trying to help Hurd but i HATED when someone stuck their sweaty hand in my glove and stretched it out
