A researcher at the University of Virginia School of Medicine in Charlottesville did a study on people who went to interviews with scars that were created by makeup (or so they thought). After the makeup artist applied the scar makeup and showed the subject the mirror, the makeup people then said they needed to touch it up but then removed it.

The subject went to the interview assuming they had a scar and came back to report that the interviewer treated them badly because of the scars. Because that was what they had expected to happen even though the bad treatment DID NOT EXIST.

These african american kids are the same as the subject of this study. They are told that they are being discriminated against so that is what they see.

They are being brainwashed.
