I hate this magnolia bowl bullshite. It is contrived, like that damn boot. This was something that some SGA jack-off came up with so that he could put on his resume that he was responsible.

Agreed. I also think the logo sucks. I don't like when LSU is represented as either all purple or all gold

If they absolutely had to have a trophy for this game, I liked the unnamed idea. The winning team's name, the score, and that's it (possibly the year). The team that lost has no name that season.

1. Schedule the game, every year, for the last weekend of October.

2. If you are going to make a trophy after 105 years of playing each other, at least give the men who played in the 96 games preceding this years match their due. Put ALL of the scores on the base, don't they all count?
