Honestly I would lead him off

I might actually consider this. It might be a way to break him out, but it’s not the best thing for the lineup.

It's not good for the lineup to have a zero in the 3 hole, either. If you need to shake things up to get him going again, better to do it now against "the weakest part of the schedule" , than wait for the postseason.

I hope you're right, the team’s success depends on it, but it doesn't look like he's close to figuring it out. He's not even getting loud outs in this slump.

Line up needs a shake up. Tanks is as hot as any hitter in the country and the players before and after him in the lineup are ice-cold.

I'd tinker with the DH spot. It might be time for Jones to take a break as well. Maybe give Pearson and Kling one more shot.

Neal being hurt has huge ramifications because you don't want the DH to be your only backup catcher.

I’ll gladly take Crews in a slump now and have him get hot in the postseason. You let him work his way out of it, which he will.

Or maybe get him to lay a bunt down and hope he gets a hit out of it.. Something to get some positive juice going. Baseball is funny like that

Was at the game Friday night, he was very late on multiple 85 mph fastballs.. Consecutive fastballs. He’s not seeing it well right now
