The jury decided that Trump was not liable for rape, but was liable for sexual abuse and defamation. The jury awarded Carroll at least $2 million.
I can scarcely think of anything more defaming for a dude than to be accused of raping anyone, much less that ... that ... that ... less than attractive person.

A NYC jury would find Trump guilty in a wrongful death lawsuit if he had photographic proof of being in another location and the murderer was in prison for admitting to it.
