re: How much do in ground pools run nowadays?

Hot tub, 15,000g pool, sun deck, water fall, propane tank, about 500 sq ft of concrete came in at around 100k 2 months ago. This is our second pool to build. First pool was 45k for the same size pool without the hot tub and waterfall.

Whoever said to budget 30k for landscaping is about dead on. I'm paying all in $7,500 for sod to be laid (18 pallets), paid about $3,000 for flagstone walkways to a couple of areas, and I still have no plants or landscaping around the pool. But I'll be doing all of it on my own because I enjoy that work.
