You’ll be fine. My recs: cook 10 lbs of rice, use 2 gallons of water, 25 lbs of meat, 10 lbs of onions. Can’t really mess this up. Bring quart ziplocks and freeze the leftovers.

Thanks for the help. Came out great. I honestly loved having the extra room using the larger pot for the smaller amount.
