SC and Uconn had good recruiting classes as well, it is not as easy as you think
To put it in perspective, obviously Reese and Morrow are great in the front court. But they're 6'3" and 6'1". Del Rosario goes 6'5" but looks to need some work. Bartlett is 6'3". Smith & Alisa Williams are 6'2".

UConn goes 6'5", 6'5", 6'4", 6'3", 6'2", 6'2" in their frontcourt with a pair of fantastic guards.

Unless Del Rosario really comes along, we'll field a team more undersized next year than we were this year. Granted, that's deceptive, because Reese and Morrow are proven rebounders. But it's going to be a challenge.

The November Cayman Classic will be telling. LSU, UConn and UCLA will probably be 3 of the top 4 teams in preseason polls. VTech should be Top 10 as well. UCLA comes with a 6'7" girl along with several 6'4" forwards. So Mulkey's crew will get their height challenge right away.

Yep, this is where I have my concerns. Samyah Smith would be first off the bench, and while she is competent & has had key putbacks, rebounds & blocks in some wins, she hasn't shown she's elite in any category (yet) to offset her lack of height vs taller players, especially if she is needed for extended minutes or multiple starts. Bartlett & A. Williams remain unknowns but still shorter than ideal. Del Rosario has the ideal frame/mass but truthfully may need a redshirt year, unless Mulkey can work a quick miracle.

I ideally would like to add a competent 6-4+ F/C for depth, if even available. If we don't, I'll just have to accept our overall front court height as this superteam's achilles and pray for sustained health & no habitual foul trouble. Hopefully, the unguardable offensive mismatches a healthy Fab Five presents taller, slower defenses makes our concerns irrelevant & the ppg margin in wins astronomical.

Yes but we are talking about 1 or 2 games this season that we’ll be outmatched in 1 area. The one poster was right when he said that this can be offset by strength, quickness and smart play. We dominated in rebounds this season and I think this will be offset by our shooting ability, which will clearly be much better than almost everyone. HVL was also a good rebounder because of her smart play and her hustle. We won’t be missing as many shots this season and bigs will have lots of issues guarding these big but also quick players.
