Their woke marketing lead referred to their primary customers as out of touch, undesirable, old and fratty. You don’t recover easily from that.
Now why the left is angry with them is beyond me. They probably did something stupid to piss them off too. Wouldn’t shock me considering what we know about the idiots they hired.

Because in order to please the left you have to go all in for the cause.
The left wants them to come out and specifically support trans. The generic statements AB is putting it are not sufficient.
