I agree with your sentiment, but I don't think the other poster was knocking Chris Pratt for the speech.

Just got out of it. That was great! This movie made me excited for future MCU stuff, but now I want to see what Gunn does with the DC universe. I haven’t seen a single one of those movies, but I’m intrigued. Gunn gets it done.
