It’s not so bad once you get all the map unlocked each one except Bogano I’m pretty sure has an almost instant shortcut back to it but yeah it’s a major pain in the arse until you learn each map. I think they were trying to draw inspiration from dark souls before you can fast travel but failed miserably.

Just finished the game, and I want to note for the record that forcing me to replay 2/3 of the final boss fight with Bode because I mistakenly thought the "Embrace the Darkness" prompt was a choice instead of a pointless QTE pissed me right the frick off
