Ng+ also adds two ways to completely alter the game as perks that take no slots. You can change every encounter in the game to a more difficult balanced one and you can drastically raise player and enemy damage to where if you have the max health you can possibly have you will die in 2 hits and you can use the shatter perk plus the damage boosters and parry timing perks to absolutely shred everything in your path like a true to life Jedi with a lightsaber. I killed the gay arse frog in about 35 seconds with this set up, however you’ll die in one hit too.
That’s not shaking things up? I suppose it appeals to people who want to truly grasps the complexities of the game and max their skill level as high as they can ? Idk I’m not insulting anyone that’s just what those seems to me would be the people who sought how to do this. I still maintain Ravis on GM is the hardest boss in this game and possibly any actual souls borne game. I’d rather fight blade of Miquella without question.
The balance from Jedi master and Grandmaster is way more tuned to GM being a massive leap forward than it was in Fallen Order when it felt like a natural progression. It’s mostly enemy aggression that’s the thing imo sometimes it’s just tuned too high like you’re fighting blood starved beast with rocket cannons and laser hands that swings a detachable mace. Oh yeah and has two phases and his regeneration on GM is insane. I didn’t even know he had a regen mechanic till I first played him on GM.

Someone recently told me that in books that his race is pretty impossible to kill because of their regen ability. Not really a Star Wars lore guy so not sure if that is canon. That is cool though.
Are these video games canon? I really want to see Cal in a tv show. They already have the actor so I figured it was just a matter of time.
