He is understandably butt hurt. He would have loved to have played at LSU.

That was a miss by Bertman and staff. It happens.

He was an outstanding player and it’s unfortunate that he is still bitter even after having a nice career.

I see a man, Delucci, who is professional and exudes a love of baseball. I do not believe that he has an anti-LSU bias. Yet being a Baton Rouge man, I’m sure he would have been honored to play for LSU and Skip Bertman.

I wish he would have gone to LSU but who knows what would've happened. I do remember that at that time LSU had either 0 or 1 CHS players and the following two years signed 6 or 7
