My relative, played in both, was at 03,07, and died 2 years before 19 or we would’ve been there and had a winner winner chicken dinner!

Born in 1955. Remember listening to the Billy Cannon run on the radio with my dad. We were out in the garage and I remember him hooping and hollering and dancing out the garage and down the driveway after Cannon’s run. Don’t remember the 59’ Sugar Bowl. Went to the 03’, 07’ and 19’ Sugar Bowls, National Championship games, with my son. Great memories!!!

My dad was at 59. My oldest son and I were at 2003 & 2007, and both of my sons were at 2019. Very very fortunate.

I was at the Cannon '59 run - with my parents, wife and 1 yr old son @ age 21.
Sitting in North end zone with Cannon running directly at us.
Had to watch all the others on TV..

I’ve personally met 200,000 people that were at the Halloween night game and saw the BC run, so I would say a lot more than that.

If you ever meet me you can make that 200,001. LSU 1957-62.

I was 9 years old and attended the '59 sugar bowl. My dad had bought some bonds when Tulane stadium was built and as a result we got first choice on 6 Sugar Bowl tickets and went to every game until it was moved to the dome and dropped the tickets.

The run was 89 yards. I was present at some and saw the rest on TV. I’m 92.

I entered LSU in the fall of 1957 and graduated at the end of the fall 1961 semester which actually ended in mid January 1962. I Attended every home game during that time with the exception of the 1961 season. I didn't attend the 59 sugar bowl but living through the 1958 season on campus was enough fun for a lifetime. The 1959 season was just as much fun as the previous and witnessing the BC Halloween run was icing on the cake. Tigers should have won the 1959 NC but was fricked by Vol home cooking. I attended the 03 NC game. (the 1957 season was worth it just being able to see Jimmy Taylor run over people with abandon)

I was at the LSU/OM baseball when Jake Gibbs (OM punter) was coaching third and they played the run back over the PA.

“You missed him again Jake!”

I was in attendance for the 59 Cannon punt return, the 59 Sugar Bowl win over Clemson and the 2003 and 2019 Championship games. Sitting in the curve of the upper deck in the SE end zone and Cannon fielded the punt near the east sideline right in front of my seat. At the 59 Sugar Bowl I was sitting in the middle of the end zone where Cannon threw the TD to Manghum for the only score of the game. Unfortunately missed out on the 07 Championship game in person. Many great memories watching the Tigers through the years!
